"Your mind is the basis of everything you experience and of every contribution you make to the lives of others. Given this fact, it makes sense to train it." -Sam Harris

ABOUT

Hannah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of adolescents, young adults, families, and parent coaching. Through a dialectical behavioral lens, Hannah equips her clients with the necessary skills to regulate emotions, build healthy relationships, tolerate distress, and deepen their mindfulness in order to build their life worth living. Hannah uses evidence based practices to guide her treatment and plays an active role in each session to facilitate skill building and change. While CBT, DBT, and Somatic therapy inform her work, she tailors treatment based on the individual and their families' needs. She offers walk/talk therapy, tele-health, or in office sessions.

She had the honor to attend University of California Berkeley and University of Colorado-Denver to receive both her Masters. In addition, she holds her PPSC and has worked in both private and public schools in Marin County as the site mental health expert.
